According to the manual, error codes E-01,02,03,04,05,06,07,09,10,24 are errors related to the pump internals. If this error displays multiple times, then there may be a problem with the pump’s rotating assembly. Please disassemble the pump and investigate to see if there is a problem with the impeller or mechanical seal. In the manual, see page 14 “Pump Disassembly” for instructions for disassembling the pump. Please make sure that you turn off the power to the pump at the circuit breaker to do your inspection of the rotating assembly.
