Tom, I would recommend contacting technical support so we can get the details and see what might need to be done. You can even send them a picture. Depending on what the case is, you may or may not need to do anything.
Is it possible to get a replacement plastic ring that holds the electrodes? I dropped the electrode and the outer ring has broken. It still works, but is missing one side. RJ-Classic Replacement Cells
