That typically indicates that the keypad is damaged and needs to be replaced. Replacement is fairly simple and only requires a screwdriver.
The keypad is showing output-off when I reset by pressing the + key and bring it up to 60 or 80, but in a few minutes or couple hours is back on output-off, Do I need a new keypad or a new circuit board? thank you CircuPool® RJ-Classic Keypad RJ-Classic Models
