If it displays "Power Off" but you can't hit the keypad button to turn it back on, then likely the keypad just needs to be replaced.
I have a rj 45 classic the it had on panel.power off and will not turn on will the key pad help this or do u need a whole new control panel CircuPool® RJ-Classic Keypad RJ-Classic Models
