Chlorine is not being generated. New cell with about 6 months service. Will a problem with the small board not indexing causing this problem?

If there is a warning light on the system, typically a board is not involved. If the unit is not displaying any lights or if the button or dial doesn't respond, the board could be involved. Give tech support a call at 888-206-9938 ext:2 so we can help you with that.
