How do I order a SI+25 cell replacement? CircuPool® Universal25 Salt Chlorine Generator Universal Series

A few minutes after I turn on the system,I keep getting a check salt and check cell error light. When I first turn on the system, the salt reading is 4000. Hard to tell if that is correct. I think the cell is at least 5 years old, but really don't remember. Is there a way to check this on the label? The serial number is:
OTWK05CB13P105.139.060/055.
If it needs replacement how do I order the correct model?

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. The "plus" models are not made anymore, and are just replaced with the regular version cells you see available online. When a salt cell gets depleted, it is common to get low salt or check cell warnings as it becomes more difficult to pass electrical power through it, and based on the rough age you mention that is very possible. Our customer support team (888-206-9938) can possible help you determine age and/or troubleshoot.
