I have installed the SWG vertically. When running, the SWG isn't completely full of water. Is that OK? CircuPool® Vertical Installation Kit Brand Adapter Kits

On slower pump speeds (30GPM), the SWG doesn't appear to be completely full of water - like there is a little waterfall in there. Is that just the gasses? Is that normal?

Typically all of your pool equipment and plumbing should remain flooded. Its possible to turn a variable speed pump too low and cause this. You might consider incrementally raising the lowest pump speed setting until it skeep the water filling the pipes, as well as checking if there are any impediments to flow or any bad seals causing air suction.
