Yes, the SmartFlo pumps can be used with 1 1/2" plumbing. You can simply use a 2" to 1 1/2" reducer bushing you can get at a local hardware store to reduce it down. This will not effect flow enough to cause any issues.
can these pumps be used on 1 1/2" plumbing? Pumps
My current system utilizes 1 1/2" plumbing on the intake and return lines. Can I use reducers to accommodate your pumps?
