I tested cell it is producing. It is clean no scale. Maintenance light is still blinking. It appears that

CircuPool Universal Series Salt Chlorinators will exhibit a flashing Check Cell light as a reminder to inspect and clean the salt cell. The warning light will continue to flash as a reminder until you deliberately reset the reminder. In order to turn off the reminder light, you simply press and hold (in) the System Status button for 10 seconds before releasing it. The button is found on the front panel to your left of the digital display.
