Sorry to hear you are having an issue. If the system is saying "no flow", you'll want to troubleshoot the flow switch per the instructions on page 10 of the troubleshooting guide, found here:

The troubleshooting may help you determine why the flow switch is not being triggered. If the troubleshooting determines that the flow switch is bad, that part is available here:
