There are two directions to check here.
Did this occur right away and if not, how long did it take for these lights to appear? If it operated correctly at first - not just for a minute - then you may well have a problem with your water balance. By this, I mean that the Langolier Saturation Index (LSI) may be off. The following two links explain the LSI and allow you to calculate your index with a fresh pool store water test. Note that water chemistry may appear to "be in range," but the particular combination of levels creates either an aggressive, caustic water profile that can etch pool surfaces or at the other end of the scale, have a salt cell caking up with deposits in a matter of a day or so.

If you've had this problem from Day One, then the first item to check is the displayed "Cell Version." Enter the system Status menu and determine the Cell Version which should read, "F-9" If not, follow the attached instructions and change it to F-9. If it is already reading correctly, then call us weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central.
