The Flow Rate indicator on the CircuPool TOTALBalance will not rise for the following reasons:
- Expected - the system is not currently infusing CO2. The system will infuse on and off every 2 minutes (as also indicated by the yellow status light) when the system first gets triggered by its pressure switch when the pump starts every day, and this will continue for the length of time as indicated by the number of hours for the infusion setting listed on the infusion chart (ex: 6 hours when set to infusion level 188 for a 20,000 gallon pool)
- CO2 is not available - for instance: tanks are not opened, tanks are empty, lines are not connected, etc...
- Other issue - please contact 480-570-5716 for further troubleshooting.
