Display still says hot after replacing flow switch CircuPool Universal Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources Universal Series

The display still says hot after replacing flow switch with new Part GFS-TEMP and moving plastic jumper one space to the left. What should I do next since this did not work?
