Actually, there are two different things happening here. In regard to the question you posed, it is best practice to turn the Super Chlor switch from its usual Auto position to Off, and then turn Auto Chlor to On which ensures the light will come on. If your Super Chlor light still doesn't illuminate, then call us for technical assistance.
The second issue here, is the low chlorine level after three days of operating at 100% - the same as having invoked Super Chlor for three days in a row. Since you have a low chlorine level at this juncture, there appears to be an excessive chlorine demand from your pool. Consequently, please obtain a full pool store water test including phosphate levels, and call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 (CST) or Fri: 9-3pm (CST) and a member of our technical support team will assist you.
