Everything is just fine.
The CircuPool Universal Series of Salt Chlorinators displays your real-time salinity as either XXXX ppm (parts per million) or X.X grams/litre. 3.2 g/l is equivalent to 3200 ppm which is about where you understand your salinity to be.
The units of measure must have inadvertently been changed, leaving you the options of either leaving it as is or changing the units back. If you wish to switch back to ppm, then follow this video with a few adaptations. The video shows how to change the Cell Type, so you will take the same actions except that you toggle through the System Status menu until the Real-Time Salinity is displayed. From that position, the same clicking of the Super Cl Switch will change the displayed units for the salinity between ppm and g/l.
If you have any difficulties with the process, simply call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and a member of our support team will assist you.
