You have identified one internal component - a power supply replacement kit - and that is unlikely to be your problem. Since you report no red lights that signal an interruption of chlorine production, the most likely problem is that you don't have a lack of chlorine production, but actually have an excessive demand for chlorine due to the water chemistry and condition.
