E-09 means motor overload according to the manual, but that could mean a few different things. I would recommend checking to see if the motor is spinning freely or not. You can do this by removing the rear fan cover and turning the fan. If it spins smoothly and freely then the motor is not locked up and I would then check the pump for any debris stuck in the impeller. If it does seem hard to turn or you feel grinding as you spin it then it most likely needs a new set of bearings and a new shaft seal.
