This is part of the system’s normal duty cycle. Depending on the output percentage you have selected, the “Generate” light will turn on and off throughout operation.
For example, if the output is set to 50%, the system will produce chlorine for approximately 100 minutes and then pause for another 100 minutes. This creates a full cycle of about 200 minutes.
