salt level not the same between aquarite(3100) display and manual test(2400). Amp is 5.75. What should I do? The cell is clean, and all lights are off. I am wondering if this is because circupool replacement isn't optimized to the Aquarite system. If this is the case, what amperage should I use for my target, since I can't use the salt level?

We see this fairly often here, The salt cells are generally very accurate. If the cell is displaying that is has enough salt and it is happy then you don't need to do anything. If you purchased the Gen9 cell be sure that the cell type is set to T-9 on your aquarite controller, and set to T-15 if using the Gen15 cell. If the cell type is not selected properly then that will affect the salt readings. Otherwise, you can trust the salt reading, you may want to use a different manual test because it may be wrong.
