However, it is important to be certain that you need a new cell, so call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3PM Central and a member of our support team will assist you in determining if you need a cell or what you do need to get the chlorine generating again. In addition, to the extent that you have any remaining warranty, they can apply that as appropriate.
