Your flow switch is located in a “T-fitting” either before or after the cell. You can remove the flow switch by unscrewing the black cap with the yellow arrow on top.
Once removed you'll be able to check and clean off any debris that may be interfering with the switch. After cleaning, reinstall the flow switch by screwing it back into the T-fitting hand tight. Just make sure your arrow is pointing in the same direction and your water flow.
