I have an RJ 60 my unit says no flow. I've put a new flow switch still says it RJ-PLUS Models

RJ 60 unit says no flow . I installed a new flow switch still no flow. I took it out and held. The flow switched down. Still says no flow.. unit is two years old.

If the old and new flow switches are showing No Flow when held in the "flowing" position, then it suggests that the problem may be elsewhere in that circuit. So, call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3PM Central and a member of our support team will assist you.
