On your CircuPool RJ+ Series Salt Chlorinator, if the Low Salt light won't turn off with salinity measured at 3,000ppm or higher, raise the salinity to 3,500 ppm - the recommended mid-point - if you are measuring below that. At 3,500 ppm, you are ensuring that low water temperatures and testing uncertainty levels aren't causing the light.
You should also check the Cell Type displayed in the menu reads correctly (assume an RJ45+) and displays as RJ+45 and not RJ 45. The readout can be amended by repeatedly pressing the + or - key until the correct reading is on the screen.
The other step to take is acid washing the salt cell in order to clean the sensor (as well).
