No, the CircuPool RJ-45 PLUS Replacement Cell is not meant to be a salt cell which you would use with your Hayward AquaRite salt chlorinator instead of a T-CELL-15 ("t-15 cell"). The RJ-45 PLUS Replacement Cell will only operate if connected to a RJ-45 PLUS salt chlorinator. While the cells have the same length and threads, the internals as well as their cable connections are completely different.

If you are looking to replace your salt chlorinator completely and get a new system, the RJ-45 PLUS or the Universal40 would likely be a great option, and it would not require any cutting/gluing/replumbing.
