Can I adjust infusion settings? CircuPool TOTALBalance Series pH Control Systems - Owner Resources pH Control

The manual says only to use the settings on the provided chart. My experience for my 15,000 gallon pool is that a flow rate of 2 and infusion setting of 180 in CO2 standard setting slowly brings the ph down over time from 7.7 to 7.4 (I turn if off at that point). When I used “CO2 saver’ setting with flow rate of 2 and infusion of 180, the ph slowly rises from 7.4 to 7.7. The manual said only to use settings on the chart in red letters. I am hoping to target a ph of 7.6 and keep it there for my saltwater pool. V,r Emilio

Yes, it is normal to adjust the infusion settings since every pool can have differences that affect its acid demand. When the manual says only used the settings on the chart, it means not to set infusion numbers that are literally not listed on the chart. In other words, when making adjustments, change the setting to the next higher or lower setting which is listed on the chart.
