In the CircuPool® Universal-series Salt Chlorine Generator, the controller allows different cell types to be selected, depending on which model/size cell you have purchased. The controller is capable of powering either the Universal25, Universal40, or Universal55 cell. The cell type must be set correctly so the controller gets accurate readings and sends the right amount of power to the cell.
