According to its manual the Sta-Rite IntelliPro VSF pump has the following dimensions: 10.8" vertically from ground to center of its input port, and 11.4" horizontally from the front of its input port to the center of its output port.
This does not align with the SmartFlo pump model you are asking about, which has the following dimensions: 9.21" vertically from ground to center of its input port, and 9.96" horizontally from the front of its input port to the center of its output port.
The SmartFlo UAF2.2P-1100-5A (this model) and UAF3.9P-1100-5A have plumbing dimensions that make it line up with Pentair IntelliFlo and WhisperFlo models (and direct Sta-Rite equivalents to those models)
