If your system reads 'cold', the system is getting a signal that the water is outside of operational range. If the water temperature is not actually low, then something might be occurring with the temperature sensor inside of the cell. Follow instructions in the manual to remove the cell from the cell from the plumbing and clean it, paying close attention that there are no solids or debris inside of the upper portion of the cell near where the cord connects. If after cleaning the cell and restarting the system, the system still gets a 'cold' message, then damage may have occurred to the item. At that point, please reach out to our support team and call or create a support ticket online.
Contacting support for troubleshooting may also be necessary if you have confirmed good power going into the controller, and a good fuse, but no power on the display.
Note that when you turn the system off and then on, that errors which were present may not come back on for a few more minutes after cycling power. Be sure not to walk away immediately assuming the system is running.
