The CircuPool SmartFlo Adaptive Flow pump includes the two levels of protection to help protect from running without sufficient water. If the pump detects operation which suggests that it has not fully established stable prime before priming mode ended, or suggests that less water is present than normal, it will automatically shut off to prevent damage and will trigger an alert on its controls and within the app. Additionally, if flow falls to very low levels (under 18 GPM) it will trigger a similar alert on its controls and within the app. Always manually verify proper water levels in the pool, proper valve positions, and ensure routine basket maintenance.
