The salt cells of most salt chlorinators don't necessarily have an issue being installed in angled pipes so long as proper water flow is maintained, however it might be more straightforward for some models other than others. The CORE-series from whose page you are asking the question, for example, would have its controls angled as a result which may or may not put it in an ideal position for you to interact with. In such a scenario, you may want to consider RJ or EDGE models for a more straightforward experience.
