Does the Unions plus Collars for the core55 come with any O-rings? The description says 'no additional O-rings come with this,' so it is not clear if it comes with any O-rings?

No, the CircuPool CORE 2-in Union Set (Unions plus Collars) does not come with O-rings in its packaging. The O-rings for CORE unions are available separately: https://www.circupool.com/circupool-c...
