New lamp not working in my INDIGO3 Ozone Generator CircuPool INDIGO3 Series Ozone Generators - Owner Resources INDIGO3 Series

I noticed my lamp was out (it was four years old). I installed the new lamp but it only powers on briefly then shuts off. It is on the same circuit as the chlorine generator (RJ 60+) and that powers on without issue.

If the new lamp is briefly powering on and then shutting off, there are essentially 3 possibilities, an issue with: the power going to the unit, the lamp, or the power supply / ballast inside of the unit. Make sure the lamp is securely connected, and check for any wiring issues (loose, damaged, etc...). If the problem persists, you may want to contact our support team for further assistance.
