No, the outlet connection itself is not designed to be independently rotated 180°. The inlet and outlet positions are fixed in their connection. If your pool system's piping passes by the filter from one side to the other, you would just alter the PVC plumbing with fittings rather than trying to rotate the outlet/manifold. If you prefer a "pass through" layout, you might consider the CJ-2750 filter, if its capacity is sufficient for your pool. Please let us know what other questions you might have.
