If your CircuPool RJ PLUS displays 'cell connection' and is unresponsive, check the connection between the cell and the control module. Ensure the plug is fully connected and free of debris. Please follow these troubleshooting instructions for this. If the error remains, it may be due to a damaged component inside the cell or cable. We can help determine what the best next step would be to restore operation, please contact our support team.
When an error message or error light is on, the system is not able to generate chlorine. Until the issue is resolved, best practice is to add the appropriate amount of liquid chlorine to the pool regularly in order to prevent algae growth.
