The "Temp High" error indicates that the cell is detecting water temperatures too high for proper operation. If the water going through the cell is not the indicated temperature (such as when a heater is in operation), and especially if this was preceded by something like an electrical surge, it may possibly due to a damaged temperature sensor - if so please contact our support team so they can assist you in restoring the equipment.
