If you installed a new temperature-flow switch due to the temperature reading being off, and it still shows hot after installing a new temperature flow switch, the most likely scenario is that the "jumper clip" on the controller board was not moved in order for the system to begin getting the temperature reading from the new component. Please see the replacement instructions for the temperature flow switch, and confirm that the jumper clip has been moved exactly as specified by the diagram on the first page.
