I have a 15,000 gallon pool with a 3 year old waves/breeze unit that needs to be replaced. Just will not generate chlorine since install. Will this unit provide the correct chlorine and sanitizer needed for this size pool

While the SJ35 would likely be a good size system with plenty of capacity for a pool with that number of gallons, be sure that A) you are giving your chlorine generator enough runtime to produce enough chlorine, and B) you have eliminated common pool chemistry issues that can cause chlorine to be depleted faster than its being added.
