The industry standard is to choose a salt system with a maximum capacity of 1.5 to 2 times the size of your actual pool. Given your pool size, climate, and use, you'd likely want to consider the higher end of that spectrum. The bigger the system you get, the less wear and tear it gets since it doesn't have to work as hard, and you can create more chlorine more quickly should pool problems arise.
