Sorry to hear you've run into an issue. We can definitely help get things fixed up. If you'll take help guide for this issue which is linked below, it will go over all the typical things to troubleshoot for that issue. The system is essentially saying that it does not detect a proper connection between the control module and the cell.
If that doesn't identify the issue, give us a call at (888) 206-9938x2 the next time you have a minute and we'll get some information from you to help you move forward. The techs may ask you a couple questions about what you see on your unit, so if possible it would be good if you can be nearby it; if not you can just check what they are asking after the call.
