Rj45+ has power, but not generating CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

Rj45+ has power and green light for “generate”, but no volts, amps, or salinity reading. Any suggestions?

The control module should always read some number of voltage. This could indicate that the cell cable is not connected or that there has been electronic damage. Double check that the cell cable is fully and correctly connected, and then if needed contact technical support at 888-206-9938 ext:2
