Typically if an SJ-classic control module does not show any power and you have confirmed there is in fact power going in to it, that can indicate that it's "fuse reset" button has been tripped. If tripped, this built in circuit breaker can be reset by pressing it until you feel a slight click. If the button feels loose or does not click when pressed, it is not tripped.
