I have never seen a positive current reading from the menu. What's wrong? CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

RJ-30+ Pool chemistry OK - pH 7.5, salinity is about 3200 (unit reading mostly reads 0). Cell voltage 29.0, Current is either 0.00 or if it is generating -4.0+ amps (23 Volts) when it works (and I can see bubbles), Generate light is on - no others. When unit is working I have always seen negative current readings, never positive since day 1. Lots of fan noise since day 1, too. This is units second year and it is showing generate light but 0 amps / no generation more often - just cleaned today and generated for a few hours. A few hours later 0 Amps.
