The Fuse Reset button is located on the exterior of the CircuPool RJ+ control module, on the bottom between the power cable and cell cable. If tripped, the yellow button will be ridged and be extended about a quarter inch; you'll feel a click pressing it back in and this will reset it like a circuit breaker. If the Fuse Reset button is not tripped, the yellow button will be flush or only slightly extended and it will feel "loose" and it can't be pressed in.
If there is no power and the Fuse Reset button is not tripped, there is an internal ATO fuse on the circuit board that may need to be replaced. This is another line of defense to ensure that the circuitry is not damaged by any electrical surges or issues.
