Most likely what you are hearing is the circuit board cooling fan, you can give us a call to order one of those. 888-206-9938
I have an RJ30 unit which I turn off at night. Start up in the morning results in a noticeable motor sound. I can RJ PLUS Series
make the sound go away by powering off the unit, shaking the unit a bit, and powering back on, with this process repeated until the sound stops. What is the motorized component inside the unit and can/should it be replaced?
