The generator won’t go above 50%. I click the “+” but it stops at 50% I just changed my pump and ran system for longer than usual since water had been stagnant for a couple days while I replaced pump. Could that be why?

For CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators, if you can't increase the power output over 50%, it's likely in "Winter Mode". This mode limits output to 50%. Regardless of the "Snowflake" light, press the button once and test the output. If it still won't rise, try once more. If the issue persists, contact our technical support at (888) 206-9938.
