If you've cleaned your CircuPool RJ-45 Plus Salt Chlorine Generator cell and the Check Cell light still appears, a thorough re-cleaning is advised. If no fizzing or reaction occurs within the first few minutes, proceed to the next steps. Confirm that your salinity is within the recommended 3000-4000 PPM range. In the System Status menu, ensure the correct Cell Version is set to "RJ45-Plus". If it displays "RJ45" or anything else, adjust this setting. Refer to your CircuPool RJ45 manual for further guidance. If your cell is plumbed horizontally, invert it by loosening the collars and rotating the cell's "arch" downwards.
