Why does my display say "LOW TEMP" and not generating....says water temp is 46 degrees and my Jandy says its 78 deg CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

Flow switch works, cell is clean, just had RJ45+ unit serviced and returned 5-6 months ago.
