If the Salinity button on your CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generator doesn't display a reading, yet you can access the salinity from the system menu, your keypad could be faulty. Call Technical Support at (866) 766-5243 weekdays 9-4:30. They can verify this issue, arrange a new keypad, guide you through installation, and apply any warranty coverage.
