Replacing the automotive-style fuse on your CircuPool RJ-PLUS Salt Chlorinator can be done by first ensuring that power to the control module (CM) is cut off.
Then, disconnect the salt cell and carefully remove the CM from its wall mount.
The next step involves removing the six screws on the back of the CM and opening it. You'll find the fuse easily visible. Replace it with a fuse of the exact same amperage. Once done, reattach the CM, reconnect the power, but leave the cell disconnected and power up the unit.
If the CM doesn't power up, please call us for assistance.
If it powers up, watch for a blown fuse and call for assistance if it does.
Finally, turn off the CM, reconnect the cell, turn it on and monitor it.
If the fuse blows, call us for assistance.
