As with most salt chlorinators, there may be a benefit to cell lifespan to running it for less total hours at a higher output. However, practically speaking you would want to do this within reason, as this means chlorination levels in the water may be less consistent / may fluctuate more throughout the day. Therefore, you wouldn't want to take it to extremes, since running the system longer at a lower output helps to ensure a more consistent chlorine level, helping to make sure that at any time throughout the day your pool's "shields are up". So, you would want to balance those two benefits.
